Power system:
Engine: Equipped with Scania DC13143 in-line six-cylinder diesel
engine with a displacement of 12.742 liters, which meets national 5
or National 6 emission standards. The engine has a maximum output
of 332kW (about 450 HP) and a peak torque of 2350N · m in a speed
range of 1000-1300rpm. The characteristics of low speed and high
torque enable the vehicle to have good power performance under
various road conditions, whether it is starting, climbing or
high-speed driving.
Transmission: Usually matching Scania GRS905 12-speed AMT (hand in
one) transmission. The gear shift is smooth and responsive, and it
has a countershaft brake, which can reduce the speed difference
during shifting and improve the smoothness of shifting. Its
intelligent shift system can also automatically select the
appropriate gear according to the driving condition of the vehicle,
improving the driving comfort and fuel economy.
Retarder: Some models are equipped with Scania's inertial sliding
retarder, which can effectively relieve the pressure of the driver
on long downhill sections, reduce the wear of the brake system, and
improve driving safety.
Chassis and suspension:
Drive form: In the 6X2 drive form, there is a rear axle for the
lifting bridge. When the vehicle is empty or the load of goods is
light, the rear axle can be raised to reduce fuel consumption and
tire wear, and reduce the operating cost of the vehicle; When
greater traction is required, lower the rear axle to ensure the
driving performance of the vehicle.
Suspension system: A combination of front leaf spring suspension
and rear air suspension is generally used. The front axle leaf
spring suspension can provide better load carrying capacity, and
the rear axle air suspension can automatically adjust the height
according to different load conditions to improve the stability and
comfort of the vehicle. When loading and unloading goods, the air
suspension can also adjust the height of the chassis to facilitate
the operation of loading and unloading personnel.
Rear axle speed ratio: the common rear axle speed ratio is 2.71,
etc. This speed ratio configuration can achieve a better balance
between power and economy, and is suitable for high-speed logistics
transportation and other scenarios.
Cab:
Space layout: The high-top cab design, the internal space is more
spacious, to provide a comfortable driving environment for the
driver. Although it is a convex floor design, the overall spatial
layout is reasonable and will not make the driver feel too
depressed.
Comfort configuration: The seat uses the airbag seat, the surface
is mostly knitted fabric, and the air permeability is good, even if
the vehicle is exposed to the sun in summer, it will not feel hot
buttocks. The seat supports a number of adjustments, including soft
and hard, pitch, lumbar and back support adjustments, to meet the
needs of different drivers. The steering wheel is a four-panel
multi-function design, which can be adjusted from multiple angles
and is easy to operate.
Control and electronic equipment: The control buttons in the cab
are arranged reasonably, and the commonly used buttons such as
headlight switch and rearview mirror adjustment are integrated
above the driver's left door panel with night backlight, which is
not easy to mistouch. The center console is tilted to the main
driver side, which is convenient for the driver to operate. It is
equipped with a moderate size display screen, which can display
multimedia and other information.
Storage space: There is plenty of storage space above the cab and
below the sleeper to put clothes, shoes, snacks, drinks and other
carry-on items.
Sleeper: The upper and lower double-layer sleeper is made of soft
memory cotton material with good width and high comfort. The lower
berth is also equipped with a net and reading light, providing a
warm rest environment for the driver.
Appearance design:
The front face is unique in shape, and the shield-shaped front face
with tough, concave and convex lines make the vehicle look
powerful. The network adopts a large area of honeycomb air intake
grille, and the internal standard insect-proof cover. The flow
channel in front of the grille is frosted material, which is full
of texture.
The curvature on both sides of the front windshield is large, which
both increases the driver's field of view and reduces wind
resistance. The height of the guide hood on the top of the vehicle
can be adjusted according to the height of the truck to reduce air
resistance and achieve fuel saving effect.
In terms of headlights, LED daytime running lights, near and far
light lights, turn signals are integrated together, near and far
light headlights are usually halogen light sources, and LED light
sources can also be selected according to demand. The taillight
design is unique and integrates more streamlined elements to
enhance the beauty of the vehicle.
Security configuration:
Equipped with the whole vehicle disc brake, EBS electronic brake
system, ESP body stability system, lane departure warning system,
etc., for the driver's driving safety provides a full range of
protection.
The cab adopts four-point airbag cushioning design, and has safety
technology such as cab collision retraction, which can protect the
life safety of the driver to the greatest extent in the event of a
